OMG YES I FINALLY FINISHED WITH THIS 
aagh the amount of time that it took me....and worst thing is that I couldn't submit it on time 
and I pretty much suck at coloring so I decided to color in Himaruya's old style 
The most thing I love about this drawing is that flower hanging on his hat....few minutes after I finished this I realized Prussia didn't have any flower on his hat 
I hope you like it 
and I hope you everyone else likes it too

I swear it took me hours for the hand and once I got it right I just realized that it is was too small
