Yay! I drew a background!
God, coloring is so tiring 'am slowly coloring it..*
*Edit* I accidentally gave Flounder blue eyes instead of green

*Edit again* just the hair left 'n some stuff

*Edit^2* aaaaand I'm done! Finally! Man this took a while phew~ 
Tried new coloring tequniques and searching up how to draw bubbles kudos to oddsocket's tutorial

I gotta say, this must be the first piece to ever get a decent digitally coloured backgroud, and all that was with the handicap of three layers only so I had to do each color and then merge and make another layer and so on...this was so tough and time-consuming...all the more worth it with the result
